Karin Technology Holdings Limited has issued a corrigendum to rectify errors in its previously announced unaudited full-year financial results and dividend record date for the financial year ended 30 June 2024. The payment date for the proposed final dividend has been changed to 14 November 2024, and the books closure date has been updated to 29 October 2024, with a final dividend of HK 3.88 cents per share.
