Kantone Holdings Limited has announced that its controlling shareholder, Innovative City Investments Limited, has disposed of 68,000,000 shares to two independent third parties for approximately HK$13,396,000. As a result, Innovative City, wholly owned by Mr. Chan Koon Wa, has reduced its stake from 36.4% to 18.2%, ceasing to be the controlling shareholder but remaining the largest single shareholder. The company does not anticipate any adverse effects on its operations due to this transaction.
