Kangqiao Service Group Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. Li Haitao as an independent non-executive Director and his departure from the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, effective September 30, 2024. Concurrently, Mr. Kam Hou Yin, John has been appointed to fill the vacancy, taking on the role of independent non-executive Director and chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee, as well as membership in the Nomination Committee. The Board has expressed gratitude to Dr. Li for his service and confirmed no disagreements or issues related to his resignation.
