Kangqiao Service Group Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Yu Wing Sze as joint company secretary and authorised representative, effective July 18, 2024. Ms. Yu will continue to serve as an authorised representative for service of process in Hong Kong. The Board expressed gratitude for Ms. Yu’s contributions and confirmed the continuation of Ms. Wang Na as company secretary and the appointment of Mr. Dai Wei as the new authorised representative.
