The company has secured a $5 million investment from Ragnar Metals, with Ragnar’s chairman Steve Formica joining as Non-Executive Chairman, bringing extensive mining experience. The funds will support the establishment of a dedicated team for the Nova Gold Project, distinct from current operations, as they focus on tapping into unmined gold resources.
