Kaiser Reef Ltd (AU:KAU) has released an update.
Kaiser Reef Ltd has finalized a $5 million strategic placement with Ragnar Metals Ltd, making Ragnar the largest shareholder with a 16.3% interest. The funds will accelerate the development of the A1 Mine and the Nova Project, aiming to modernize and expand gold production. Kaiser’s recent upgrades to the Maldon gold processing plant further support its strategy to significantly increase production and cash flow from its Victorian gold operations.
