Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:1638) ) has issued an announcement.

Kaisa Group Holdings expects to report at least RMB50 billion in profit attributable to shareholders for 2025, a sharp reversal from a RMB28.5 billion loss in 2024, largely driven by a substantial gain from offshore debt restructuring. However, once the one-off restructuring gain is excluded, the group still anticipates an underlying loss due to weaker recognised revenue amid a soft property market and higher impairment provisions on property projects, underscoring ongoing operational challenges despite the headline profit turnaround.

The company stressed that the 2025 figures are based on unaudited management accounts and remain subject to final review by auditors and the board’s audit committee. Kaisa advised shareholders and potential investors to treat the preliminary profit alert with caution and to await the full-year results announcement, scheduled for 31 March 2026, before making investment decisions in its securities.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:1638) stock is a Sell with a HK$0.08 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. stock, see the HK:1638 Stock Forecast page.
