Kairos Minerals Limited has announced that Robert Klug has been appointed as a director of the company as of June 4, 2024. Along with his appointment, Klug has reported holding an initial interest of 800,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the company. There were no other interests in securities or contracts reported by the new director.
