Kairos Minerals Limited has requested a trading halt for its shares on the ASX, pending an announcement regarding a significant transaction related to its Mt York Gold Project. The halt is in effect from the start of trading on July 31, 2024, and will last until the earlier of the market update or the commencement of trading on August 2, 2024. The company has asserted that there are no known impediments to the requested halt or additional information needed to be disclosed to the market at this time.
