Kaili Resources Limited ( (AU:KLR) ) has provided an update.

Kaili Resources reported that its main exploration activities for the March 2026 quarter centred on rare earth element prospects in South Australia’s Limestone Coast, where it holds the Lameroo, Karte and Coodalya tenements over 1,989 square kilometres in the Murray Basin. The areas target ionic clay–style REE mineralisation within Loxton and Parilla sands, located about 200 kilometres east of Adelaide and close to existing infrastructure, and the company is also actively seeking copper, gold, silver and base metals projects to broaden its asset base.

The update places Kaili’s projects near Australian Rare Earths’ Koppamurra deposit, which already hosts a substantial JORC resource and is undergoing pre-feasibility studies, underscoring the regional prospectivity for REEs and highlighting potential strategic value if Kaili’s exploration proves successful. This geographic clustering in an emerging REE district may enhance Kaili’s positioning in the critical minerals supply chain and could improve future development options and investor interest, subject to exploration outcomes.
