K3 Business Technology Group, a company providing software solutions for fashion and apparel brands, has announced Oliver Scott as its new Non-executive Chairman. Scott, a representative of Kestrel Partners LLP and a significant shareholder, has been a part of K3’s Board since February 2020. The Board now consists of two Executive Directors, three independent Non-executive Directors, and the Non-executive Chairman.
