K3 Business Technology Group has announced that Pernille Fabricius has resigned from the Board and her position as Chair of the Audit Committee, effective immediately. Tom Crawford, another Non-Executive Director, will assume her role. The company reaffirms its compliance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code, maintaining two independent non-executive directors.
