K2 F&B Holdings Limited has announced a further delay in sending out a circular to shareholders concerning the major transaction of property disposal initially disclosed in June and July 2024. The circular, which will provide details of the disposal, financial information, and a property valuation, now requires additional time for compiling necessary data, including a statement of indebtedness and a valuation report. It is now expected to reach shareholders by 20 September 2024.
