K Wah International Declares Final Dividend

K Wah International Holdings (HK:0173) has released an update.

K Wah International Holdings has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.09 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with an updated scrip dividend option priced at HKD 1.732 per share. Shareholders may opt for the scrip dividend by 15 July 2024, with share certificates dispatched on 24 July 2024 and dealings commencing the following day. Fractional scrip shares will not be issued and instead will benefit the company.
