The latest announcement is out from K-Fast Holding AB Class B ( ($SE:KFAST.B) ).

K-Fast Holding AB reported that the first quarter of 2026 advanced its strategic shift toward a capital-light project development and construction model, highlighted by changes in its holdings and new partnerships. The company reduced its stake in K-Fast Kilen AB to 50 percent, reclassifying it as an associate, while its partner Kilenkrysset increased its ownership in K-Fast Holding, and Brinova Fastigheter AB, where K-Fast holds a majority stake, completed acquisitions and a profitable divestment in Denmark that confirmed previous valuation levels.

Operationally, K-Fast initiated or continued several residential projects, including starting construction of 169 units with Alhem Fastigheter in Björlanda Ängar near Gothenburg and 92 apartments in Eskilstuna, and it began evaluating potential divestments of completed and ongoing projects in Västerås to strengthen its financial position. The group also entered a strategic joint venture with ByggVesta AB to develop two major projects totaling about 500 apartments in Stockholm and Malmö, while the sale of the Vallentuna-Rickeby 1:48 project and a Danish property developed by K-Fast, later sold at higher value by Brinova, underscored value creation and supported the company’s plan to eventually distribute its Brinova shares to K-Fast’s shareholders.
