JZR Gold Inc. is set to raise up to $750,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 5 million units at $0.15 each, with each unit including a share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.20 within three years. The offering targets current shareholders with a purchase limit of CAD$15,000 unless they receive suitable investment advice, and may see participation from company insiders.
