JZR Gold Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement offering, raising $634,000 through the issuance of 2,536,000 units. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with the warrants exercisable at $0.35 per share for three years. The funds raised will be used to support the start-up and operations of an 800 tonne-per-day bulk sampling gravimetric mill and further exploration of the Vila Nova Gold Project, with loans to their operating partner, ECO Mining Oil & Gaz Drilling and Exploration, and for general working capital.
