Jyske Bank Elects New Board Members

Jyske Bank A/S (GB:0MGD) has released an update.

At Jyske Bank A/S’s recent Extraordinary General Meeting, key agenda items were passed, including the election of new Supervisory Board members CEO Lisbeth Holm and Consultant Glenn Söderholm. Additionally, the meeting authorized the Supervisory Board to make amendments as required by the Danish Business Authority, which will now proceed with the registration of these adopted motions.
