At JY Gas Limited’s Annual General Meeting held on June 14, 2024, all proposed resolutions were unanimously passed, including the adoption of audited financial statements, dividend payments, director re-elections, and granting mandates for share issuance and repurchase. Shareholders will be entitled to the final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, if registered by June 25, with payments distributed on August 9, 2024.
