JX Energy Ltd. has secured a convertible loan of USD$1.6 million from an independent lender for working capital, with a term of one year and an interest rate of 12% per annum. The loan, which is to be repaid via cash or common shares, is a disclosable transaction under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules but does not require shareholder approval.
