Juva Life Inc., a life science company involved in pharmaceuticals and cannabis, has reported a delay in filing its annual financial statements for 2023 due to the need for additional time for audit completion after a company reorganization. They anticipate completing the necessary filings by June 28, 2024, and have received a management cease trade order restricting their CEO and CFO from trading company securities until the filings are completed.
