Juva Life Inc., a life sciences and cannabis production company, has announced a delay in filing its 2013 annual financial statements due to additional audit time needed following a recent reorganization. The company expects to complete the filings by July 12, 2024, and has received a management cease trade order, which restricts the CEO and CFO from trading company securities until the financial statements are filed. Juva Life will issue bi-weekly updates and confirms there are no undisclosed material issues.
