Justera Health Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Port North Extracts Inc., a solventless cannabis brand, to bolster its health and wellness portfolio and strengthen its position in the growing cannabis market. The deal involves Justera exchanging 80 million of its shares and issuing new warrants to Port North shareholders, with plans for Port North’s CEO to join Justera’s Board of Directors upon completion.
