Just Group PLC has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 7, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed by substantial majorities. Key decisions included the approval of the audited accounts, director remuneration reports, and the declaration of a final dividend of 1.50 pence per share, with the caveat that the board may cancel the dividend if necessary.
