Just Group plc has announced the grant of Sharesave Options to Group Chief Financial Officer Mark Godson under the Just Group 2024 Sharesave Scheme. The options, set at a price of 85p, and with a bonus rate for a 5-year plan, will be exercisable six months after their maturity date on June 1, 2029. This initial notification comes as part of the company’s adherence to the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
