Jupiter Energy Limited is launching a Placement Offer to raise approximately $3 million by issuing 100 million shares at $0.03 each. The company may accept an additional oversubscription of up to 33.3 million shares to raise a further $1 million. This offer is open to eligible shareholders, a company director, and investors from Australia and the UK, although it is considered highly speculative and is not underwritten.
