Jupiter Energy Limited has announced a change in their director Keith Martens’ interest in the company’s securities. Following the vesting of remuneration share rights, Martens now holds an increased total of 4,155,266 ordinary shares. The adjustment reflects the satisfaction of vesting conditions related to director fees accrued in the first half of 2024.
