Jupiter Energy Limited (AU:JPR) has released an update.

In a significant update for investors, Geoff Gander, a director of Jupiter Energy Limited, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market trade, acquiring 71,282 ordinary shares at $0.024 each. This transaction, dated 13th June 2024, has raised Gander’s total holdings to 278,912 ordinary shares, alongside his existing 6,164,700 remuneration share rights. No disposals were reported, and the trade was not conducted during a closed period.
