Shareholders of Julius Bär Gruppe AG approved all proposals at the 2026 annual general meeting, including the 2025 statutory and consolidated financial statements, the sustainability report, and a dividend of CHF 2.60 per registered share payable from 15 April 2026. They also granted discharge to the Board of Directors and Executive Board, and endorsed the maximum compensation levels for directors and executives, covering variable cash, share-based awards and fixed pay for upcoming periods.

The meeting confirmed Noel Quinn as chairman and re-elected five other board members, while appointing Urban Angehrn and Colin Bell as new independent directors for one-year terms. Shareholders also elected members of a newly separated Compensation Committee, renewed KPMG as auditor, confirmed the independent proxy, and approved the introduction of a capital band with related changes to the Articles of Association, signalling continued support for the group’s governance and capital framework.
