Judges Scientific PLC has expanded its portfolio with the strategic acquisition of Rockwash Geodata Ltd, a company excelling in the digitalisation of geological samples, for an initial consideration of £2.25 million and potential additional earn-out payments. This move promises strong synergies between Rockwash and Geotek, a subsidiary of Judges Scientific, as they cater to similar customers and share a common digitalisation goal. Funded through the Group’s bank facilities, this acquisition is expected to enhance customer service and foster growth in the digitalisation sector.
