JTOWER Inc. has announced that Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) is no longer classified as its affiliate following the issuance of 3.6 million new shares, which reduced NTT’s voting rights from 21.6% to 18.5%. Despite this change, JTOWER confirms that their capital and business alliance with NTT will continue, with no anticipated impact on business results.
