JTOWER Inc. has announced the successful completion of a tender offer by DB Pyramid Holdings, LLC, resulting in a significant shift in ownership structure. The tender offer, which concluded on October 10, 2024, saw DB Pyramid Holdings acquiring a majority stake, thus becoming the new parent company and the largest shareholder. This change in shareholding will take effect from October 18, 2024, with previous major shareholders Cultive Ltd. and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation ceasing their major shareholder status.
