JTC PLC has appointed May Hong Mei Knight as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from December 5, 2024. Knight brings over 30 years of experience in the financial sector and is set to chair the Governance & Risk Committee while also joining other key committees. The company, which is committed to enhancing board diversity and expertise, plans to announce further appointments in early 2025.
