The company has successfully integrated four strategic acquisitions and announced two more, including a transformative deal with Citi’s global trust business, positioning JTC as a leading independent trust company. JTC also reported strong organic growth and an increased interim dividend of 22.9%, reflecting the company’s robust financial health and confidence in its strategic direction.
