JTC PLC is set to enhance its Employer Solutions business with the proposed acquisition of Buck Share Plan Administration and Trustee Businesses, which is expected to accelerate growth in their share plan services. The acquisition will bring a suite of blue-chip clients and a dedicated team to JTC’s already robust platform, further cementing its market leadership in share plan services. The deal, however, is contingent on regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
