J&T Global Express Limited has announced the grant of awards for 85,994,057 Class B Shares to 251 of its employees under the 2024 Share Incentive Scheme, with no consideration for the awards and a variable vesting period of up to 54 months. The scheme includes performance-based vesting conditions for certain grantees, with performance targets that range from business and financial outcomes to management and individual performance assessments.
