J&T Global Express Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Hui Yin Shan as the company secretary and other roles, effective 19 August 2024, with no disagreements reported. Following her departure, Ms. Shang Quanxi and Mr. Cheng Ching Kit have been appointed as joint company secretaries, with Mr. Cheng also taking over as the Authorised Representative and Process Agent.
