(MGC), which owns 47.74% of JSP’s voting rights, is now classified as an ‘other affiliated company’ after the dissolution of their capital and business alliance. JSP Corporation is focusing on enhancing corporate value and growth strategy with management autonomy. To protect minority shareholders, the company’s governance guidelines involve a Special Committee on Governance that oversees transactions with MGC to ensure fairness.
