Joy Spreader Taps ByteDance’s Volcano Engine in Strategic AI Partnership

Joy Spreader Group Inc. ( (HK:6988) ) has provided an announcement.

Joy Spreader Group Inc. has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Volcano Engine Technology, ByteDance’s core cloud and AI service platform, to deepen its AI strategy and upgrade its technology stack. Under the deal, effective until March 2027, Volcano Engine will provide big data, cloud computing, livestreaming support and its Doubao large model, while both parties form a joint project team for integration and customised development.

The collaboration aims to embed leading domestic AI, AIGC and GEO capabilities into Joy Spreader’s core business to boost operational efficiency and sharpen its competitive edge in precision marketing. Joy Spreader will also connect to Volcano Engine’s Seedance enterprise API, giving it early-mover access to advanced AI video generation, which will empower its investee Yingyi Vision to scale AI photorealistic dramas and advertising content and strengthen its role as a leading AIGC provider. Additionally, GEO-based traffic optimisation is expected to lower advertising costs, improve conversion and support the group’s overseas expansion by enabling more localised and effective AI-driven marketing campaigns.
