Joy Spreader Group Inc. has appointed 37-year-old finance professional Li Chenji as an independent non-executive director and chairman of its audit committee, effective 10 February 2026. Li brings more than a decade of capital markets and corporate finance experience, including senior roles at GR Life Style Company Limited, Tongchuangjiuding Investment Management Group and KE Holdings, alongside advanced degrees in management, business analysis and corporate governance.

Under a three-year appointment, Li will receive an annual director’s fee of HKD120,000, and has been confirmed as independent with no shareholding or related-party ties to Joy Spreader. His appointment restores the company’s full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules on board and audit committee composition following a previous audit chair’s resignation, strengthening its governance framework and regulatory standing for investors and other stakeholders.
