Joy City Property Limited has announced major leadership changes to take effect from June 28, 2024, including the resignation of Mr. CHEN as Chairman and the appointment of Mr. YAO, the current General Manager, to the role. Additionally, Mr. LIU and Mr. ZHU have stepped down as non-executive Directors, while Mr. ZHANG Hongfei, Mr. ZHANG Mingrui, and Mr. WU have been appointed as non-executive Directors. The company expressed its appreciation for the significant contributions of the outgoing members.
