Johnson Matthey (GB:JMAT) has released an update.
Johnson Matthey PLC has announced the appointment of Sinead Lynch as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective January 1, 2025. Lynch, with 30 years of experience in the energy sector, notably in low carbon energy and sustainability, will also join the Remuneration, Nomination, and Societal Value Committees. This leadership transition comes as Jane Griffiths steps down from the Board and Societal Value Committee Chair position at the end of December 2024.
