Invesco DB Precious Metals Fund (DBP) has issued an announcement.
John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and its affiliates on January 1, 2025, stepping down from his board position at Invesco Capital Management LLC. Melanie Ringold, who has served as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco since January 2023, will replace him on the board effective July 31, 2024. Ringold brings extensive experience from her previous role as Assistant General Counsel and her educational background in law and political science.
