Prior to his departure, McBain held indirect control over 14,014,914 fully paid ordinary shares through two entities, Fifty-Second Celebration Pty Ltd and Thirty-Fifth Celebration Pty Ltd. No further director’s interests in contracts or securities held directly by McBain were reported.
