Joan M. Lewis to Exit, Malibu Boats Board Shrinks

Malibu Boats ( (MBUU) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Joan M. Lewis has decided not to seek re-election to the board of directors at Malibu Boats, Inc. and will step down following her term’s conclusion at the 2024 annual meeting. Her departure is amicable, with no disputes over company operations or policies. Subsequently, the board has opted to reduce its size from ten to nine members upon her exit.
