JMDC Inc. has completed arrangements for issuing share subscription rights to its directors, executive officers, and employees, including those of its subsidiaries. A total of 6,790 rights will be allocated, enabling the subscription of 679,000 common shares. The exercise price for these rights has been set at 461,900 yen each, translating to 4,619 yen per share.
