Jiumaojiu International Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Leung Kwan Wai as the new Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective July 5, 2024, succeeding Mr. Matthew Mo Kan Tsui. Additionally, the company has received a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange allowing Mr. Su to continue as a Joint Company Secretary, despite not strictly meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the Listing Rules. Ms. Leung brings over 15 years of corporate secretarial experience and is well-versed in compliance matters related to the Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance.
