JINT1 Pty. Ltd., as trustee for the JINT1 Unit Trust, has emerged as a substantial holder in Regal Partners Limited, with a 6.4% stake comprising 20,458,610 fully paid ordinary shares. This acquisition, at $3.05 per share, was part of the company’s recent takeover of Merricks Capital, as disclosed to the ASX on June 3, 2024. Company secretary Julie Connolly confirmed the substantial holding status in a notice filed on July 11, 2024.
