Jingrui Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of their auditor, Elite Partners, and the appointment of CCTH CPA Limited as their new auditor, effective from 20 August 2024. Due to these changes, the company expects a delay in publishing their 2024 interim results and dispatching the interim report, leading to the postponement of the related board meeting. The company has confirmed that the resignation did not stem from any disagreements and will update shareholders with new timelines for the publication and board meeting.
