Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd has announced their annual general meeting scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on June 26, 2024, at the United Conference Centre in Hong Kong, to discuss the adoption of their audited financial statements, re-election of directors, remuneration, and the approval of a final dividend of HK0.2 cent per share for the year ended December 31, 2023.
